In certain circumstances we ship items via Pallet, Due to their size, weight, or delicate packaging, your item will be delivered on a pallet rather than by a standard courier like UPS.
Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Delivery Guidelines & Requirements

Kerbside Delivery Only: Deliveries are made to the kerbside using a tail-lift truck and pallet jack.

Driver Assistance: Drivers are unable to help unload, unpack, or bring items into your home. Please make sure you have help available on the day if needed.

Ground Requirements: The driver can only unload onto hard, level ground (e.g., concrete or tarmac). Pallet jacks cannot operate on gravel, grass, cobbles, steps, or steep inclines.

Access Restrictions: Please notify us in advance of any access limitations such as weight limits, narrow lanes, low bridges, or parking restrictions. Failing to report access issues that result in a missed delivery may incur re-delivery fees.

All-Day Availability: Tracking with delivery time frames are not provided, Someone must be present all day at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
Packaging & Protection

Item Security: Items are securely strapped to the pallet using cardboard, foam, or polystyrene for protection, then wrapped in black protective film to guard against weather and movement.

Delivery Note: Your delivery paperwork will be attached to the exterior of the pallet in a sealed sleeve.
Unpacking & Disposal

Unpacking: Unpack your item on a level surface. Never attempt to unpack heavy items alone, make sure you have help available.

Disposal: You are responsible for disposing of the pallet and packaging materials after delivery (please recycle where possible).
