Pre-Owned Arcam Hi-Fi Equipment

(6 products)

Arcam has been making hi-fi and home cinema equipment in Cambridge since 1976, originally as A&R Cambridge before taking the Arcam name. The brand has built a consistent reputation for amplifiers and AV receivers that prioritise musical performance over raw specification numbers. The SA series integrated amplifiers carry that thinking into the current range. Arcam has also been at the forefront of hi-fi AV, producing receivers that handle home cinema properly without sacrificing the musical quality the brand is known for. Pre-owned Arcam represents good value at every price point. The products are well made, musically capable and long-lasting, and the used market is well stocked and sensibly priced.

About Arcam

Arcam was founded in Cambridge in 1976 as A&R Cambridge, developing a following for amplifiers that were technically clean and musically engaging. The brand has grown to cover integrated amplifiers, AV receivers, CD players and streamers. The SA series integrateds and the FMJ CD players have both earned strong reputations. Arcam AV receivers are notable for bringing genuine two-channel musical quality to home cinema. Arcam is now part of Samsung's Harman group but continues to be developed in Cambridge.

Why Buy Used Arcam?

Arcam makes reliable, musically capable equipment that holds up well over time. Pre-owned Arcam is consistently good value, particularly the SA series amplifiers and the FMJ CD players which are available at prices that reflect a brand not everyone thinks to look for. If you want a capable integrated amplifier or AV receiver from a serious British brand, used Arcam is worth looking at closely.
