Majik 6100 Power Amplifier

The LINN Majik 6100 power amplifier is one of 5 models in the Majik amplifier range. It is housed in a compact LP width enclosure. The 6100 is a 6 channel amplifier producing 6 x 100W into 4 ohms. Chakra technology ensures it sounds great, runs cool and is energy efficient. There are 4 other models in the range depending on the application required. They are suitable for 2 channel passive or active applications and multi-channel systems. Because each model uses multiple identical power amp modules LINN have been able to produce 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 channel models.
The LINN Majik 6100 has a range of applications including providing power amplification with a Selekt or Majik DSM or for adding additional channels in a LINN active system. You can fit active filter modules into the Majik series. This allows your system to be upgraded at a later date.
Cool-running, reliable and highly efficient, Majik amplifiers are ideal for use in stereo or multi-channel systems, featuring the 100 W version of our Linn patented Chakra technology and ground-breaking Dynamik Switch Mode Power Supply.

High frequency precision and wide dispersion are provided by the 2K Driver Array featured across the Majik range, while separate bass and mid drivers ensure musical accuracy at lower frequencies.
Majik 140 provides great value straight out of the box, as well as offering higher levels of performance through a range of upgrade options, from simple bi-wiring through to a fully Aktiv configuration within an Exakt system.
Solid aluminium upgrade stands are also available, providing greater stability and less vibration so you can enjoy better performance across the entire frequency range.

The foundation of any good speaker design is an enclosure that lets the drive units work with maximum efficiency, without colouring the sound. Linn’s speaker cabinets combine master craftsmanship with advanced materials and manufacturing techniques to produce beautiful, high performance acoustic enclosures. Carefully placed internal bracing provides added rigidity and an acoustically inert enclosure for stable mounting of the drive units.
The two high frequency drive units are housed in a single rigid chassis. By minimising the distance between drive units, a single-point sound source is created, which together with the acoustic ‘skoop’, produces exceptionally wide dispersion for precise and consistent high frequency performance throughout the room.

Carriers

We despatch the bulk of our UK mainland items on a 24 hour service.  Non-Mainland locations – Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles, the Scottish highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a day or so longer. Smaller items are delivered using Royal Mail 24 or special delivery. Larger items are delivered using a courier service such as UPS and occasionally by a Pallet service.
