With its multi-read drive, the CD4000 CD Player delivers perfect sound reproduction whether you listen to conventional CD’s, your own recordable CD-Rs or handy rewritable CD-RWs. A fully floating VAM 1201 transport system with digital servo drives takes care of accurate CD tracking and very fast track access. The remote controlled Auto Music Scan (AMS) feature quickly scans the contents the disc, while several random and repeat modes provide non-stop music enjoyment. A coaxial digital output is provided for digital recording.
The CD 4000 provides a full options CD-player with the high quality VAM 1201 mechanism. This CD-player will therefore last for a very long time with best stability and accuracy.
The Marantz CD 4000 CD-players uses CC-DAC, continuous calibration technology utilising the TDA 1305T filter-DAC. This filter-DAC features a unique combination of bitstream and continuous calibration techniques and features minimized pre and after echo. The convertor functions as a bitstream convertor for low signals while large signals are generated using the dynamic continuous calibration technique. The design of the continuous calibration DAC ensures an extremely high signal-to-noise ratio, superior dynamic range and immunity to process variation which even reduces the component ageing and therefore ensuring a longer life for your product.
The latest generation Marantz cd-players are fully compatible with all available types of cd-audio discs. In order to be fully compatible, the cd-players use the extremely reliable VAM 1201 mechanism. It's lightweight 3-beam holographic optical pickup provides excellent thermal stability and has a very long life. The mechanism has the ability to adjust laser output according to disc type requirement making it also fully CD-RW compatible.

Carriers

We despatch the bulk of our UK mainland items on a 24 hour service.  Non-Mainland locations – Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles, the Scottish highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a day or so longer. Smaller items are delivered using Royal Mail 24 or special delivery. Larger items are delivered using a courier service such as UPS and occasionally by a Pallet service.
