Linn Karik CD Player

Here we have an example of what we believe to be a Mark III version of the Karik compact disc player from British company Linn. It comes in very good condition with a couple of very minor blemishes – please refer to photographs. It will be suitably packaged and comes with mains cable, manual plus our normal three month warranty.

The Linn Karik CD Transport incorporates an internal digital-to-analogue convertor (DAC), enabling the Karik to be used in its own right as a single-box CD player of the highest possible quality. Consistent with Linn’s philosophy of ensuring long-term upgrade capability for all our products, the Karik has the necessary digital outputs and CD-Sync input to allow it to be connected to the Linn Numerik at any time in the future, without modification.
The Karik operates to the highest level of the Compact Disc specifications. It features advanced error correction, making it tolerant of imperfect disc quality, giving a significant performance advantage with any chosen disc. It can be operated from the remote control handset supplied, or directly using the concealed controls on the front panel.
