Here we have a vintage Mk.VI turntable from French company ERA. It is in OK cosmetic condition for its age and working order.

Day after day, our engineers examine (and destroy) all available products and look for new designs. This is how we made “firsts” like the integrated “Bloc-Source”, the “friction-free” horizontal pivot for the arm (world patent). Those who prefer an ERA turntable do so because they share with us this enthusiasm for Research.
What was only a small shop six years ago has now turned into a large manufacturing concern. The plant located outside Paris, employs more than 300 workers. It is staffed by the best R and D department for turntables one can imagine. It has been acting as a turntable consultant to major international companies in the Radio Industry. This is why ERA turntables are dependable, inexpensive and of top quality. In most countries, they say: “ERA: rumble free”.

Handsomely styled, the ”Mk.VI” incorporates ERA’s neoprene ”silent-block” suspension which absorbs all room vibrations.
