REL Say….
The Special Edition REL R-528SE is an ultra-high output version of the already-powerful R-528. The 528SE combines core strengths of the standard R-528 – which helps keep costs in check–along with the carbon fibre driver from the brutally fast, powerful G-1.
Said John Hunter of REL, “We realized we had something special the minute we fired up the prototype. Sometimes products just fit together so naturally and this was one of those instances. The “SE” is just a magical combination. We realized many people loved the power and the speed of the Gibraltar range but simply could not fit them into their space or budgets. So we cooked up a special edition to give them some of those benefits in a compact form.”
