Naim XPS Power Supply – Olive (1998)

Here we have an original “Olive” XPS power supply from British electronic experts Naim Audio. In 1998 Naim replaced the CDS compact disc player and its corresponding power supply, with the CDS2 and XPS as its flagship CD combination. They had been rather reticent when it came to introducing a CD player and it wasn’t until 1991 that the CDS was launched. As well as being supplied with the CDS2 the XPS was also made available separately as the newly introduced CDX player was upgradeable with the addition of this power supply. Our example is an early one and dates from 1998. It is in very good condition with a couple of minor marks towards the rear – probably feet marks from another unit being stacked on top – please see photographs. It comes supplied in original factory packaging along with reprinted manual, mains cable, burndy cable, plus our standard three month warranty.

Re-cap and service. Replace reservoir capacitors and all tants, feet and screws.
