Naim CD5X CD Player (2005)

The CD5X was one of Naims nicest players offering good sound with an upgrade option but without breaking the bank. Offered here of course with an even smaller bank balance required. The player is in very good condition, with one very small blemish on the display – please see photographs. It is supplied in Naim packaging with remote control, CD puck, mains & SNAIC cables, reprinted manual and of course our three month warranty.

The CD5X CD player is designed to be the best in its class. It has a large new dedicated toroidal transformer and can be up graded by the addition of a FlatCap 2, FlatCap 2X or HiCap power supply. The external supply works with the internal power supply of the CD5x to offer both a greater number of separate supplies and more sophisticated voltage regulation.
It includes RCA phono sockets alongside the traditionally used DIN sockets, and combines fabulous music¬ making ability with excellent build quality.
