Marantz 5220 Cassette Deck

Here we have a vintage cassette deck from Marantz. This classically styled unit is almost 50 years old but after a full clean-up is still in full working order. Cosmetically pretty good considering its age plus it will be supplied in factory packaging with original manual.

Front load. That’s the important feature here. It permits stacking above or below other components with complete accessibility to all controls. An eject button permits easy removal of cassette. The tape compartment is illuminated for visual inspection of cassette. A hinged panel covers the cassette compartment to keep out dust.
