The Chord HDMI 1.3 Silver Plus was designed to produce the best possible picture quality and the same proven design principles have been applied to the Silver Plus that we have used so successfully on our analogue and digital connections. The conductors are built from heavy gauge silver-plated oxygen free copper and the improved shielding minimises interference. The improvements these bring to picture quality are easy to see, particularly as the lengths get longer. The HDMI 1.3 silver plus is capable of carrying a 1080p signal over lengths of up to 40 metres!
Lengths of 20 metres or more are fitted with an in-line signal amplifier. This guarantees that long runs of cable will meet 1.3 specifications.
