Aura VA100 Evolution Integrated Amplifier

Here we have a simple and stylish vintage integrated amplifier from British company Aura. This little known company was actually part of Bowers & Wilkins – the well known loudspeaker manufacturers, and based its designs on an amplifier known as the MA-80 which was manufactured by another company ITL. The company and the rights to this design were bought by B&W, who then formed the Aura brand but the name and range was discontinued in 1997. Meantime the amplifiers received some very good reviews from the Hi-Fi press and here we have an example of the VA100 Evolution which Hi-Fi Choice magazine awarded a “Recommended” rating to in their August 1992 edition. It is in good condition and supplied in original factory packaging among with a mains cable plus our standard three month warranty.
