Ariston Q Deck Turntable

Here we have a vintage turntable from Scottish company Ariston, and dating from the latter part of the 1980’s. Our example is in excellent condition for its age and comes suitably packaged along with our regular three month warranty, which incidentally does not cover the fitted cartridge.

The introduction of the Q Deck has brought a level of musical performance that has achieved tremendous acclaim from both reviewer and consumer alike. The remote power supply reduces any spurious mains related noises to negligible levels providing cleaner, more precise power. The precision ground platter and flat antistatic mat provide a firm, consistent playing surface for the record. The plinth is supported by four isolating feet reducing the effects of external vibrations producing the ideal platform for the playing system. The tone arm is fitted with an Ortofon OM10 cartridge as standard but will allow a wide range of phono
cartridges to be fitted with excellent results.
The electronic Q Deck looks as good as it sounds with its sleek, modern lines. Semi automatic operation with auto lift off at the end of the record plus electronic speed switching gives total versatility.
The result is a turntable with great dynamics, a smooth, solid bass and detailed midrange providing a base for a quality music system for many years to come.
