Here we have an award winning DAB Tuner from Pure Digital. Our DRX-701ES is in good fully working condition, with a few minor blemishes mainly to the top cover – please see photographs. It will be suitably packaged and comes with remote control, manual, mains cable, interconnect cable, plus our standard three month warranty.

Beautifully styled with a machined aluminium front panel and cool blue LED indicators, Pure DRX-701ES features the latest third generation DAB technology for stunning audio performance and improved usability.
In addition to crystal-clear reception and digital-quality sound, DRX-701ES displays additional information such as track listings, artists’ names, traffic and news bulletins on its LCD screen. With its unique PAC-IITM technology, station selection by name, USB connectivity and an impressive 99 presets the Pure DRX-701ES is a major step forward in the evolution of the hi-fi tuner. Features include selectable station ordering (either alphabetically or by most played), 99 presets, fast autotune, scrolling LCD text display, date and time display and multifunction remote.

The Pure DRX-701ES has a high-sensitivity RF tuner module, ultra-high performance 24-bit/192 kHz delta sigma digital to analogue converters and built-in 4x up-sampling with data interpolation which provides a smoother, more natural sound. The three levels of Dynamic Range Control (DRC) enable you to fine-tune dynamic range, making broadcasts more audible in a noisy environment.
With its advanced configurable station ordering you can easily scroll and select stations either alphabetically or by favourite/most played. Fast one-touch autotune facility finds all the stations available in your area. Scroll through the entire list of stations seeing each by name. Store and access your favourite stations using the infrared remote control.
Connectors include coaxial and optical digital audio outputs, stereo analogue audio output, headphone socket and loop through for auxiliary devices like an FM tuner. Additional Receiver Data Interface (RDI) optical digital output supports future reception of text, graphics and video for decode and display via an RDI-enabled PC or digital set-top box.
Now your DAB tuner is future-proofed with USB connectivity, making your DRX-701ES capable of flash upgrades via your PC’s USB port, giving you access to future product enhancements to expand your user interface or receive additional data services when they become available.
The DRX-701ES boasts optimised PAC-II technology (Psycho-Acoustic Compensation-II), an enhanced version of the PAC technology used in the award winning DRX-601ES. Developed by Pure Digital, PAC-II produces a significantly more natural sound than other digital radio tuners.
